We have been using this bike for over two weeks now , and have to say that we are really enjoying it. We usually do small intervals of 10-15 mins each while watching tv in the evening.. it’s been really nice to know that having it next to the couch makes us want to cycle a few times a day rather than sitting on the couch.

You can’t beat the quality and value of this machine for the price. It’s a very easy machine to switch between a hack squat to a leg press. The machine is very smooth, sturdy, very smooth when in use and it looks really nice once assembled. I would rate this high quality for a home gym piece of equipment. If you’re comparing it to commercial grade I’d rate it middle grade. It’s very nice for the price and will be plenty good for most gym users.
