Equipment Warranty
Each product has its own limited manufacturer's warranty. The warranty periods commence on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty period and extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
PLEASE READ THESE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR ENERGIE FITNESS PRODUCT. BY USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PAYMENT BY BUYER: The invoice shall be in Indian Rupee and shall include charges (as applicable) for freight, handling, taxes and other amounts payable to Energie Fitness. All amounts specified on the invoice shall be paid by Buyer to Energie Fitness in advance of all or any part of the purchase price of any product. Until Energie Fitness receives payment in full for the products, the Order shall not be processed for shipment.
Taxes are in addition to the sales price. - ACCEPTANCE BY BUYER: Products shall be deemed accepted by Buyer on the date they are received by Buyer unless, within fifteen (15) days after receipt, Buyer gives Energie Fitness written notice, with specific details, that the products are defective, damaged in transit or the incorrect product was shipped. Energie Fitness may then, at its sole discretion, proceed to make any necessary corrections, in which case such corrective action by Energie Fitness shall be Buyer’s sole remedy for non-acceptance of a product. Upon completion and acceptance of such corrections, the products shall be deemed accepted by the Buyer.
- PARTIAL SHIPMENT: Products ordered by the Buyer become available, Energie Fitness may make partial shipments and each shipment shall be invoiced separately. Partial shipments shall not relieve Buyer from its obligation to accept shipment of the remainder of the order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
